Spacious Private 3 bed Villa with large private pool
The Villa:
Relax with your whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
Off street parking leads to the raised front terrace with ample seating and shade and access to the large private pool. The pool is surrounded by various seating and sunbathing areas including a shaded swing bench.
In through the front door opens to the spacious lounge and dinning area and separate kitchen. There is also private seating at the rear of the property. Double doors to all rooms open up to allow lots of natural light and amazing views of the mountains.
Head up the stairs to find 3 large bedrooms, one double with ensuite and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and dressing tables. There are also a single camp bed and a double blow up bed for extra guests.
A further flight of stairs heads up to the panoramic roof terrace with views of the mountains and the Mediterranean, ideal for a sundowner.
The property has everything required for a relaxing stay, just 10 minutes walk into the village where you can find local coffee shops and basic amenities and a 15 minute drive to the ancient harbour of Kyrenia. The nearest beach is just a 5 minute drive. Catalkoy is a popular place to stay.
There is a book in the property with lots of local recommendations of things to do and places to eat and drink.
The property is fully managed so problems are always quickly overcome.
